BAR POLICIES
Ask for current selections. All alcoholic beverages used for off site catering cannot be returned to the restaurant & will be left at the venue for the client. Prices do not include 150 dollar set-up fee and 25 dollar per hour bartender fee. Number of bartenders will be assigned based on guest count. The Smokin’ Bull is licensed & insured for on & off premise catering. Alcohol will not be provided by The Smokin’ Bull unless bartender is present. Below are roughly estimated prices based on current bar selection.
BAR SERVICES
Listed below is an average estimated cost for bar services. Different wine or beer may be special ordered for your event upon request. For those wishing to provide their own wine for any event hosted at the Bull, there is a 15 dollar per bottle corkage fee. Listed below are cost estimates depending on what type of bar service is preferred. Estimates are based on 2 drinks per guest, and may be adjusted to better suit your needs.

Amounts & type of product preferred by guest will determine final cost based on guest needs and budget . Servings per case / bottle (based on 2 drinks per person serving size)
Signature drinks are very popular and may be discussed with the bartender and event coordinator. All basic-alcoholic mixers (juice/soda/dairy) and garnish are included in the liquor price. Specialty mixers may be extra.
If certain types of brands preferred, rather than full bar setup, they can be added on for prices listed below.
BOOKING, PAYMENT, & SERVICE POLICIES
Booking & deposits:
A booking deposit of 50% of the total amount quoted is required to reserve your date. If date is booked more than 3 months in advance, prices are subject to change minimally according to seasonal changes in food costs, client will be updated immediately if this should happen. To book a catering on or off premises, a deposit must be secured, and a contract signed at time of booking. We will not reserve a date without a deposit & a signed contract.
Cancellations:
Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation should occur within 14 days of your event. If a cancellation should occur within 15- 30 days of the event, client will receive 50% of deposit back. If a cancellation should occur 31+ days in advance, client will receive 100% of deposit back.
Service packages:
A service charge will be added to all catering jobs. Percentage of the service charge is based on service package chosen by client and coordinator.
Delivery Only:
Your food will be delivered to premises at agreed upon time in disposable dishes. You may request disposable serving utensils for an extra charge. 10% service charge (recommended for luncheons, business meetings, platters, all menu items may not be available with this service)
Delivery and Set Up:
Your food will be delivered to the premises and set up in chafers or on platters with serving utensils. No staff will remain after set-up is complete. Client will be required to pay a fully refundable “equipment” deposit of $100. All dishes or serving items provided by The Smokin’ Bull will be picked up the following day, expected to be rinsed out & without damage. If dishes are dirty or damaged the deposit will not be refunded. 15% service charge (recommended for luncheons, business meetings, & buffet lines, all menu items may not be available with this service)
Setup & Line Service:
Your food will be delivered to the premises and set up in chafers or on platters with serving utensils. Smokin’ Bull staff will be responsible for refilling the buffet, and cleaning of dishes for the duration of the event. 20% service charge (recommended for buffet lines)
Full Service:
You will not have to lift a finger. Your food will be delivered to the premises and set up in the kitchen area, or on a buffet line (based on your menu preference) Chafers, platters, & serving utensils will all be provided. Smokin’ Bull staff will be responsible for serving all guests from start to finish at their tables. Along with full table service, Smokin’ Bull Staff will provide cleaning of tables & dishes, throughout food service time period. Thorough clean up of the catering area or kitchen is also included. 25% service charge (recommended for buffet lines, plated dinners, rehearsal dinners, passed appetizers, platters, & bar beverage service)
Final Payment Policy:
Final payment will be due on or before day of event. Quotes do not include tax or service fees. Taxes and service fees are not included in the booking deposit and will be added to the bill for the final payment.
Patio Rental & On Premises Catering:
Patio Rental is available for private parties, events, or dinners. Our Patio can accommodate 50-75 people under roof, and 75-100 people in the uncovered portion. Purchase minimums vary by which portion you’d like to reserve, day of the week, and time. Purchase minimums may be met through deposit, and through food and beverage purchases. If the minimum is not met through food and beverage purchase, the difference will be taken out of the deposit or added to the bill as a rental fee for the person under contract. To book a private party on the patio a deposit must be secured, and a contract signed at time of booking. We will not reserve the patio without a deposit & a contract.
